We are a General Contracting Firm who has been building Custom Homes and Additions and doing Renovations in the North Jersey area since 1975. The two principles, Arpad and Joseph Bogdany, have an engineering and architectural background as well as a combined total of over 60 years of hands on field experience. As Brothers, we offer a personal, as well as a professional service, always conscience of the integrity of the design as well as “ the client’s requirements and convenience”.

Our attention to detail and our ability to successfully pull a job together has allowed our Firm to have several of our projects published in a nation magazine and used in the Velux skylight company’s national advertising campaign. Articles in regional newspapers have exhibited our expertise in “historical restoration”. We have been recommended and assisted Architects and Engineers in correcting major structural problems.

Or systematic methods allow us to successfully complete our projects in a timely manor to the satisfaction of both the Architect and Client, as well as our Own. Most important, Our daily presence allows any changes to go smoothly and insures that the Clients’ needs and comfort are not neglected.
